If this basic right was enshrined in law, we finally have a low impact architecture, which can never have enough money even for a small apartment house capabilities for self-produced, everyone can express their creativity, increase self-esteem, give life to build a nest in your dream, ...
Constrain DIY use of natural materials, recyclable, bound as measures to paessagistico aesthetic impact, make available to citizens un'ABC building safe ... and then return to citizens a freedom that belonged to them by the stroke of time!
not utopia, in many parts of the world is something absolutely normal.
In Bel Paese, however, where the parties continue to cement the majority, the citizen can not even build a house for the tools, otherwise the complaint for abuse and building a sea of troubles, while real estate speculators, arm in arm with Mafia and politicians, covering concrete and shame that only the first of the 50s was a wonderful peninsula. 150,000 acres of beautiful Italy are urbanized each year, one million five hundred thousand square meters every year!
However, while we get used to dream and make these new rights, it is good to know that there are right now coming out of the alternative housing from the classic real estate sales and rentals from the circuit or the allocation of housing.
I'm thinking of the mobile home, yurt type tents, campers to self, to house boating, camping for residential, agricultural annexes restructurable ... so to all those possibilities that may not go well for everyone, but that could already, here and now , an alternative to the normal state of affairs. If we win the idea of feeling forced nomads, squatters unwillingly, anachronistic hippies, we realize that we still have a small space of freedom, freedom to live, to live, to reclaim our sacred place, our house!
